"The Forex Market Trends the best of ALL Markets"

Forex Trading:

Forex Trading is trading foreign currencies to profit from the change in price (whether up or down). Why trade the Foreign Exchange? Trading the Foreign Exchange is all about "LEVERAGE". The Foreign Exchange is the most profitable market in the world to trade. It offers 100:1 leverage, or 1% ($1,000) margin down on $100,000 currency. As a quick example, there have been 41 1000+ pip trends in the past 10 years or so amongst the 7 best trending currency pairs. A 1,000 pip trend, say for the GBP/USD, which is set at $10 per pip, would be $10,000 profit per lot (1 lot being $1,000 margin), or 1000% profit, that's just for 1 lot. That is why McKinley Capital trades foreign currencies on behalf of clients. The Currency Pairs that are currently being followed are: GBP/USD, GBP/JPY, GBP/CHF, EUR/USD, EUR/CAD, EUR/AUD, USD/CHF, USD/JPY. These are the best trending currencies of the Majors. McKinley Capital will trade Private Client Forex accounts and Forex Pools. A private client account is a single/joint client account and a Forex Pool is a pool of multiple clients each with a subscription to the pool in amounts of $5,000, $10,000, or $20,000. The Forex Pool allows multiple clients to combine their finances and reduce each individuals exposure to risk.

The Foreign Exchange Market

Forex Currencies are traded on the off-exchange foreign currency market. The off-exchange foreign currency market is open almost 24/7. More specifically, Sunday 5:00pm EST (NY Time), opens in Sydney, until Friday 5:00 pm EST in New York, when it closes. The off-exchange foreign currency market first opens in Sydney, Australia, then moves to Tokyo, Japan, then London, England, then New York, United States.

Foreign Exchange Trading Systems

McKinley Capital has two trading systems which it utilizes to trade the Foreign Exchange Market. A Long-term Trading System (LTS) for large accounts of $300,000 +, and a Short-term Trading System (STS), for small accounts ranging from $10,000-$300,000. The Short-term Trading System is based, in part, on the proprietary Turtle Trading System. Through years of market research and study, a new trading system was developed to trade small accounts. The sole-purpose of the STS is to grow small accounts until they could trade in a long-term manner (use the LTS). The performance of the STS can be viewed here after viewing a short risk statement STS Performance History. The Long-term Trading System used by McKinley Capital is the proprietary Turtle Trading System. Either Trading System can be used to trade any market across the globe.

Forex Pools

Forex Pool Restrictions: Forex Pool account size is restricted to at least $10,000. The Forex Pool needs “equal dollar amount client subscriptions” to commence trading (this ensures that profit/loss distributions will be equal). Clients may combine to form $5,000, $10,000, or $20,000 subscriptions. There is an open/close period for the Forex Pool. Clients can only subscribe during the open period. After a Forex Pool closes, no more client subscriptions will be accepted. Client funds will be held in a single account until the designated Forex Pool Account size is reached. If the Forex Pool Account size is not reached, the funds will be distributed back to each individual client in the exact amount they subscribed with. If a client decides to leave, total Forex Pool Account losses will be divided by the total number of client subscriptions and distributed appropriately. McKinley Capital will seek a replacement client subscription to ensure Forex Pool Minimum Account size is maintained.
